Cancellation and Return Conditions

For orders placed through our website, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) business days after the delivery.

For a cancellation or return to be processed, the purchased product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in its original packaging. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

In cases where the return or cancellation is due to an error by our company (such as incorrect or defective products), the shipping cost will be covered by Lumirelle.
In all other cases, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Notify Lumirelle via email at [email protected] or by sending a written notice to GökEvler Mah. 538. Sok. No:5A D41 Esenyurt / Istanbul within 14 days.

• The product must be returned undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For a valid withdrawal:

• The invoice (in two copies) and the cargo delivery receipt must be returned with the product(s).

• Once the return documents are received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returned products must include:

• The original invoice,

• All packaging, boxes, seals, and accessories, without damage or missing parts.

The shipping cost for returns related to withdrawal is borne by Lumirelle if initiated within the legal 14-day period.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• By confirming the pre-information form on our website, the buyer acknowledges receiving all necessary product information before purchasing.

• The withdrawal period starts from the day the buyer receives the product.

• In case of force majeure events (such as extreme weather or transportation issues), delivery might be delayed, and the buyer will be informed.

If the buyer cancels the order, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

If the buyer’s credit card is used unlawfully by third parties after product delivery, and the bank does not compensate the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Contracts exempted from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Regulation.

• Products that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as opened personal care products).
