3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The total sales price, including all taxes, is shown in the following table.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next business day and delivered to the shipping company within 2 business days on behalf of the buyer or the designated third party. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Detailed delivery information will be provided on the first business day after shipment.

4. VALIDITY PERIOD
The listed and advertised prices on the website are valid sales prices. Prices and promises remain effective until updated or changed. Time-limited promotions remain valid until the specified end date. After that, the seller is not bound by the information or promises in this form.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal obligation and without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
Withdrawal costs are borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the SELLER within 14 days by registered mail, fax, phone, or email, and the products must be returned undamaged.
Upon withdrawal, the product(s) must be returned along with a copy of the delivery receipt and the original invoice. Refunds are processed within 10 days after the return is received.

6. USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1) The buyer acknowledges having read and confirmed the preliminary information regarding product specifications, price, payment, and delivery prior to the establishment of the distance sales contract.
6.2) The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty within 14 days. Notification should be made to [email protected] or the physical address in writing.
6.3) The seller is responsible for delivering the products intact and in compliance with the contract terms.
6.4) The seller may supply an equivalent product if it is agreed upon by the buyer.
6.5) If fulfillment becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer and refund within 14 days.
6.6) Order confirmation via electronic form is mandatory for delivery.
6.7) In case of unauthorized use of a credit card, if the payment is canceled, the buyer must return the product.
6.8) In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, transportation obstacles), the seller must inform the buyer.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Contracts exempted by the Distance Sales Regulation, published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.

• Products that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if unsealed by the buyer.

8. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Using the website to place an order does not result in additional charges beyond the listed prices.

9. CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
Applications regarding disputes can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the financial limits set by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
